Orientation Sessions

February 14 (Thursday) 9.00am-12.00pm or 2.00pm-5.00pm (see your session assignment above) Social Sciences Building

All new international students are required to participate in Orientation sessions, during which we will guide you through registration process, course selection, Visa matters, housing, and other practical tips on campus life. All new students are strongly encouraged to attend. For the session to attend to, you may refer to the information in Agenda.

Degree Student Registration

Undergraduates: February 15 (Fri.) & Graduates: February 15 (Fri.)

9.30am-12.00pm / 1.30-4.00pm Office of International Affairs OIA will hold a session for the registration of all international students. After completing the registration procedures, you will receive your student ID card. University-level Exchange/Visiting Student Registration February 15 (Friday) Please refer to notification email. 4th Conference Room, Second Administration Building

OIA will hold a session for the registration of all university-level exchange and visiting students. After completing the registration procedures, you will receive your student ID card.

Mainland China students who enter Taiwan with an Entry Permit should pay the permit fee of TWD1,000 in cash at registration.

General Chinese courses - Registration & Placement Test

February 17 (Sunday)   Common Core Subjects Building

Those who have never taken Chinese may be opt-out of the placement test. However you are still required to come for registration. Your absence on that day will be considered as cancellation of enrollment, so it is imperative that you arrive on time. The placement test may take about one to one and a half hour after registration.

Students must bring: (1) Your Student ID Card or Admission Letter (2) A Pen.
