+ A1 Oriental Fine Arts-Theory & Practice

This program provides an introduction to the essence of fine arts in subtropical Taiwan. Students will gain cultural and artistic experiences with the unique historical and geographical background of Taiwan. In addition to traditional and modern painting skill and techniques, students will learn about folk and religious artworks.

This course is taught by professors and instructors specializing in local Taiwanese and Chinese heritage. Through lectures, studio workshops, and museum visits, students will be stimulated to gain insights to intercultural perspectives and to create culturally inspired art projects.
