General Information

National Taiwan University has a growing number of international exchange partners around the globe. Each year, we welcome many international students who embark as exchange students on our academic programs, benefiting from NTU's internationally regarded quality, unique educational environment and friendly community.

If you are interested in studying at National Taiwan University as a university-wide exchange student, these web pages are for you.

You must get nomination from your current university before you apply to an NTU exchange program. Please search in our list of exchange partners to see if we have an exchange agreement with your university. Then contact your international office for nomination.

When Can I Study at NTU?

Important Notice

The College of Medicine (醫學院) does not take senior and graduate exchange/visiting students, because these cannot enroll in the practice courses (實習課) at the College of Medicine.

The Department of Anthropology (人類學系暨研究所) has special Chinese language proficiency requirements; The courses are conducted in Chinese.

Students who would like to study abroad as a free mover or are not qualified for our Exchange Student Programs but wish to study at NTU, may consider to apply for the Visiting Student Program.
