Volunteer Certificate Application
※ The application procedure and period is different for each semester. Please follow the related rules for each semester.※
Attention:
Please complete the Volunteer Survey and apply fo the certificate before the deadline (2021/10/08 - 2021/10/31).

●Students who fail to apply on time or do not pass the review will not be able to apply for the certificate.
Please submit the following documents through the Volunteer System to apply for the certificate:
- Complete the volunteer survey in the system before deadline.
- Upload the signed International Student Volunteer Service Record.
After the application is submitted, the International Office will review your documents. Those who pass the review will be able to print the volunteer certificate after 2021/11/01 through the Volunteer System.
