須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力為該校之最低門檻要求，同學需自行確認語言能力是否符合該校修課要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。

2. 該校之交換入學審查相當地嚴格，歷屆交換生有被該校拒絕入學申請之紀錄，請欲選擇交換至該校的同學務必查看確認該校有相對應的主修課程可供選讀。

4. 兩種不同語言要求的交換生名額係為分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，係由該校不同的委員會審查。經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種語言條件、課程重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。

7. *Students can take regular courses that match their major field at their home institution only.(For example, science major students cannot take courses offered by Faculty of Business Management.)

9. Exchange program is available only on Higashiosaka campus. 

10. Please be aware that Liberal Arts and Faculty of Pharmacy are not open for exchange students.

11. Minimum academic workload for exchange students: 315 hours (45 hours/course x 7 courses)

12. Students have to be the ones who need credit transfer from at least 7 of our courses per semester while on exchange. The number of credits earned from our exchange program has to be counted as a part of the total number of credits that students need for graduation.

13. Insurance: Exchange students are required to purchase both Japanese National Health Insurance and overseas travel insurance.

14. In order to apply for our programs, please note all the following requirements need to be met:

15. * Those who have never studied in Japan before.

16. * Students who do not currently take a leave of absent from their home institution.

17. •Exchange students are not allowed to participate in club activities at Kindai University. Because the club activities insurance which is mandatory for club members to purchase is not available for exchange students, and the club members also require serious commitment throughout the year, aiming for winning national/world championship, whereas exchange students' priority is study.
