Orientation September 4 (Wed) There will be two sessions held, with the morning session from 9.00am to 12.00pm and the afternoon session from 1.30 to 4.30pm. Room assignment will be sent to you via email a week in advance. College of Social Sciences Building Room 101 and 201

All the incoming International Students are required to participate in the Orientation Forum. During this session, we will guide you through the registration process, course selection, visa issues, housing and other practical tips for living in Taiwan. Students who enter the country on an Entry Permit or those who only hold a mainland China (PRC) passport must attend the afternoon session in which important information on Entry Permit will be discussed.

Registration for International Undergraduate Degree Students (Bachelor) September 3 (Tue) 9.00am-12.00pm / 1.30-4.30pm Core Subjects Classroom Building B1: Examination Preparation Area

OIA will hold a session for the registration of all international students. To download the registration sheet, please log in the Online System after August 26, 2019.

After completing the registration procedures, you will receive your student ID card.

Registration for University-level Incoming Exchange/Visiting Students September 5 (Thu) Please refer to the email notice sent by late August, 2019. Meeting Room in Administration Building

Students who enter Taiwan on an Entry Permit must complete a TWD 1,000 application fee payment in cash.

General Chinese courses - Registration & Placement Test

September 8 (Sun) 9.00am-12.00pm Freshman Classroom Building

 

Those who have never taken Chinese may be opt-out of the placement test. However you are still required to come for registration. Your absence on that day will be considered as cancellation of enrollment, so it is imperative that you arrive on time. The placement test may take about one to one and a half hour after registration.

Students must bring: (1) Your Student ID Card or Admission Letter (2) A Pen.
