- Second-year Undergraduate student. According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- GPA should be higher than 2.70.
- TOEFL iBT 87 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.5 (Listening 5.5 Reading 5.5 Writing 5.5 Speaking 5.5).

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

- Graduate students need to submit an approval letter jointly signed by their thesis advisors and Graduate School Director for their participation to the program. We can consult their requirements with our Faculties during your student's application at Bilkent University.
- The language of instructions at Bilkent is English except few courses at the Faculty of Law. International students can take few courses in the Law Faculty that are in English. We can consult this during your student's application at Bilkent University.
- The normal course load is 5 courses with 15 Bilkent credits for Bilkent Students. Your student can register up to 6 courses. ECTS credits of the courses are available at course offering lists.
