- At least Second-year Undergraduate student/First-year master’s student/First-year doctoral student. According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- GPA should be higher than 3.00.
- TOEFL iBT 80 (Accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0. or
- French at least B2(High-Intermediate) level.
- Not available to students in the Graduate Institute of Accounting, College of Management, Graduate Institute of Finance, College of Management, Department of Global MBA, College of Management, College of Medicine, College of Public Health.

Academic Calendar
Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information
- The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

- Most courses are taught in French. Students' French language skills must be at least equivalent to level B2 of the CEFR. Students who do not meet this requirement shall enrol in the courses of French as a foreign language
- At the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (SPP) and the Faculty of Theology and Sciences of Religions (FTSR) all courses at Bachelor's and Master's level are taught in French.

Practical Information
- The School of French as a Foreign Language offers courses in French language during the autumn and spring semesters for beginners to advanced students. Students can freely choose the number of courses they attend and study full-time or part-time, and take content courses.
- The Cours de vacances intensive french course is a paid programme (short-term, 4 weeks)
- Exchange students are required to purchase a compulsory insurance plan.
- Cost of living: The cost of living in Lausanne for students all included is around CHF 2,100 per month (incl. accommodation: CHF 700 to 900).
