General Category
- Second-year Undergraduate student/Third-year Undergraduate student. According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- There should be no failed courses listed in your transcripts.
- GPA should be higher than 3.00, Have at least a "B" average, with no grade lower than a "C", and all grades should be C or above.
- TOEFL iBT 79 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0.
- Not available to students in the College of Management, College of Medicine, College of Public Health, College of Law.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information
- The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.
- Eligibility: No grade below“C”in the major of studies. If any course on your transcript is below a C (i.e., C- or lower), please do not select this university as an option.

- Department Restrictions: Business, Law, Medicine, Nursing and Dentistry courses are not open to exchange students.
- Students can only take undergraduate courses whilst on exchange at NUS.
- Exchange students must be flexible in their study plan as course enrolments are subject to availability and approval from the host departments.
- Workload: minimum 12 credits (3 courses) to gain admission to NUS
- Insurance: Every international student must take up the compulsory NUS Group Medical Insurance Scheme.
