1.	本校大二以上(僅限大學部)學生。（以報名交換學生甄選時，本校教務處學籍系統上之年級為準），前述「以上」包含該年級。
2.	TOEFL iBT 85 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5。
3.	不接受電機資訊學院、醫學院藥學系、醫學院護理學系、醫學院學士後護理學系之學生申請。

全學年1名。
(可選擇交換一學期或一學年，限於本校第1學期出國交換。)

School of Communication and Information Technology, Mason Gross School of the Arts, School of Pharmacy and School of Nursing are restricted entirely to exchange students. Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Business, some Lab Sciences courses will require advance notice as many classes are closed to non-Rutgers students (limited disciplines).
Minimum academic workload: 12 credits per semester.

On-campus Housing is now required. Students coming to Rutgers must live on-campus. No exceptions will be made.
Exchange Students will live in an apartment setting with other international students and some domestic students.
Most often, Exchange Students are assigned housing in University Center on College Avenue Campus, the heart of Rutgers-New Brunswick.
