  1. At least First-year Undergraduate student/At least First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. TOEFL iBT 85 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0 or The General English Proficiency Test (High-Intermediate), 僅具備英語能力者,務必自行確認是否具備足夠英語授課課程.

(Limited to 3 exchange students for the 2nd semester)

Winter semester: 1. October 2026 – 31. March 2027
Summer semester: 1. April 2027 – 30. September 2027
Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information
  1. The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.
  2. The primary language of instruction at this university is German. Students with only English proficiency must independently verify the courses available for enrollment

  2. For general information about the available langauge courses see the website of the University Language Centre/Sprachenzentrum.
  3. Accepted exchange students will receive a letter of admission for the German embassy. Students coming to Germany will have to apply for a student visa via the Germany embassy in their home countries.
  4. Every student at the University of Muenster has to pay a social contribution fee for each semester, approximately 350 Euro. This fee contains the costs for the semester ticket that allows students to travel around Germany. The living expenses for students in Muenster run approximately 950 Euro per month, including accommodation, food and leisure activities.
