  1. At least First-year Undergraduate student/First-year master’s student/First-year doctoral student. According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. TOEFL iBT 95 (Writing 20 Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.5 (Listening 6.0 Reading 6.0 Writing 6.0 Speaking 6.0).

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria.   2. Exchange students who are selected and recommended by NTU are not allowed, after receiving admission approval from the host university, to request changes to the granted admission conditions, nor may they, if their exchange application is rejected by the host university, request to reapply under different conditions. Any such actions will result in immediate cancellation of their admission eligibility.

Course Load for undergraduate / graduate studies(most courses are of 6 credits, half semester courses are of 3 or 4 credits):Minimum no. of credits to be taken in a semester – 15 credits; Maximum no. of credits that can be taken in a semester – 40 credits; Recommended credits for exchange and study abroad students is 15-30 credits (normally 3 to 5 courses)
  8. Exchange student will be provided only OPD facility at IIT Bombay Hospital. Student should obtain a personal insurance policy, covering sickness and accidents before arrival at IIT Bombay.

Accommodation Information
Housing is not guaranteed. Exchange student will be provided on campus accommodation upon their arrival as per availability.
