  1. At least First-year Undergraduate student/At least First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. GPA should be higher than 3.30.
  3. TOEFL iBT 79 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0.

  6. Not available to students in the College of Medicine.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

    Exchange students who are selected and recommended by NTU are not allowed, after receiving admission approval from the host university, to request changes to the granted admission conditions, nor may they, if their exchange application is rejected by the host university, request to reapply under different conditions. Any such actions will result in immediate cancellation of their admission eligibility.

  5. Couse Restriction:
    Restriction may apply to Art & Design, Music, ELTEC Engineering, Education, Scranton Honors Program, and HOKMA College of General Education.
    Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy are not available.

    The Graduate School courses are available. Some courses in the Graduate School of International Studies are available. English-taught courses of School of Law are available. Courses in the Graduate School of Business courses are available for graduate students only. The Professional Schools, the Special Graduate Schools are not available, except those mentioned above.

  6. Minimum Workload: 9 Ewha credits for undergraduates, 6 Ewha credits for graduates.

  7. Credit Bearing (applied at regular course registration period) with no additional fee.

  8. Insurance: Students must have overseas health insurance, which covers their study period at Ewha. Students may choose Ewha's collective insurance plan. If not, students must provide a proof of insurance, which is compatible with Ewha's collective insurance.

Health Insurance:It is mandatory for students to obtain health insurance. Students may obtain their insurance at their home country or through Ewha Womans University. ※ Cost of Ewha Collective Insurance: 42,000 KRW per semester and 60,000 KRW per year (Fees are subject to change). Additionally, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has implemented mandatory national health insurance for international students starting from March 2021. Students will need to obtain all necessary insurance to study in Korea.
