Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

Practical Information
- Before the semester starts, a preparatory German Pre-Semester Intensive Course is being offered in September or March. It costs approximately. €295, and students will be awarded 6 ECTS. Most Erasmus students are only eligible to take part if they have proven German proficiency at the A2 level until the application deadline and after passing the evaluation test upon their arrival.
- Students also have the chance to attend German courses during the semester. Information can be found on the "ZEMS" website.

- Cost of Living Expenses: Housing €350-650 per month/food and drink €150 per month/books and supplies €40 per month/health insurance (if not waived) € 120-130 per month. Students applying for a residence permit have to prove sufficient financial resources of €934 per month – this will give you a rough estimate of what the average student needs. Depending on the individual lifestyle, this can be less or more.
