General Category
  1. At least First-year Undergraduate student/At least First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. There should be no failed courses listed in your transcripts.
  3. GPA should be higher than 3.30.
  4. TOEFL iBT 80 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 7.0.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

  1. The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

  3. Course information: Undergraduate students/Graduate Level courses should be available in English upon approval of the lecturer of the course.

  4. programs/faculties/schools not open to exchange students: Medicine

  5. Graduate level courses are mainly held in Hebrew, unless an international student wishes to join, then the professor may change the language of the course to English.

  6. Business Administration and Electrical Engineering might be offering only a very limited number of courses in English.

  7. Most departments at this university are science and engineering–related, and many courses are taught in Hebrew. Students who wish to apply should first check whether there are compatible departments or courses available to take, to avoid being rejected by the university.

  8. Workload: minimum 3 - max 5 courses courses per semester.

  9. Students must have an Israeli health insurance policy arranged prior to their arrival to Israel. Academic arrangements will not be completed without proof of Israeli health insurance.
