Pusan National University

This partner university is applicable for students applying for the second exchange.

Korean Category
  1. At least First-year Undergraduate student/At least Second-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. TOEFL iBT 79 (Accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0 or The General English Proficiency Test (High-Intermediate).

  3. Korean (TOPIK) at least 3 level, 若總成績相同且按志願序分發皆至該校者，錄取資格以具韓語能力證明者優先.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

  1. The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.
    If any information provided in this table conflicts with the latest announcements from the exchange university, country, or region, applicants should follow the most recent official announcements from the respective university, country, or region.Exchange students who are selected and recommended by NTU are not allowed, after receiving admission approval from the host university, to request changes to the granted admission conditions, nor may they, if their exchange application is rejected by the host university, request to reapply under different conditions. Any such actions will result in immediate cancellation of their admission eligibility.

  6. Workload per semester: Min.12 credits

  7. Insurance: all exchange students must purchase overseas travelers insurance before arriving in Korea. Exchange and Visiting students are ineligible to purchase PNU’s group medical insurance.

  8. Minimum insurance coverage should be over USD 100,000 to cover any medical expenses incurred while you are abroad. Those who do not submit the copy of insurance by deadline will be limited to register courses and to enter on-campus dormitory.

  9. You must be fluent in English or Korean to understand the courses.
