General Category
  1. First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
  2. TOEFL iBT 80 (Writing 23 Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0 (Writing 6.0).
  3. Application is limited to students in the College of Management, Graduate Institute of Economics, College of Social Sciences.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

  5. Our institution does not offer undergraduate program, only Master programs.
  6. Student has to carefully check the syllabus of each course when it comes to registration as pre-requisites might be needed.
  7. Minimum academic workload per semester: minimum 3 credits to 15 credits per semester
  8. Exchange students are not eligible to work.
  9. Medical Insurance: AIT has a standard insurance plan that covers certain costs of hospitalization, outpatient treatment, dental and personal accident but not major medical expenses. An initial premium for 6 months or equivalent to one semester costs THB 1,250 (approximately USD 40).  Students who have existing medical plans can submit a waiver request at the AIT Admission Office.
  10. Living cost: The estimated living expense is THB 15,000 (approximately USD 480) per month for meals, accommodation, books, excluding tuition fee.
