6. Transcript Mailing Schedule:
   Student transcripts will be mailed after the start of the second semester following the completion of the exchange period. For graduate students, transcripts are generally available for printing approximately two months after the start of the second semester. Please note that the university cannot issue transcripts immediately upon completion of the exchange semester.
