Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information

Solvay, Medicine, ISTI, these faculties sign their own convention directely with their partners. The Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management has a college-level exchange agreement with our School of Management; therefore, students from the School of Management are not eligible to apply for this option.
Practical Information
  1. The University offers a wide range of French courses available for international students (free of charge), prior to and during the academic year, to help its international students improve their language skills
  2. NON-EU students are required to apply for an International Student Health Insurance Plan prior to their arrival in the host country. The health insurance plan must cover them for the entire duration of their stay. Students hosted at ULB will not be granted a visa if they cannot provide proof of coverage by a suitable health insurance.
  3. Non-European citizens studying in an European country need a visa for their mobility in Belgium. Once you have received your acceptance letter from ULB, please contact the Belgium Embassy.
  4. Cost of Living:

Accommodation Information
ULB offers a wide choice of accommodation in its own halls of residence and private halls of residence, either on one of its three campuses (Solbosch, La Plaine, Erasme) or off-campus (with over 2,400 rooms or flats). The Housing Office will help you to find a suitable accommodation and advise you on many aspects of student housing.
