Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

2. The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. 3. Exchange students must not have any failed courses. Currently, the university does not provide an online course inquiry system.
4. Dormitory accommodation is guaranteed. Students should submit their housing application together with their exchange application. Rooms will be assigned directly by the university upon arrival. The accommodation fee is approximately 4,000 RMB per semester, and the dormitories are equipped with kitchens.

Transportation, accommodation, and other living expenses are at your own expense:
The textbook fee is approximately 300-400 RMB per semester.
The internet fee is approximately RMB 100-150 per semester.
The meal allowance is approximately 1,000 RMB per month.
The cost for a follow-up examination is approximately 400 RMB per session.
Applying for a residence permit costs approximately 800 RMB per academic year.

Please note that the city where the school is located, Hohhot, has a continental climate with significant wind and sand in spring and cooler summers, with winter temperatures dropping to around minus 20-30 degrees Celsius.
