Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

 
Academic Information

Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.

  3. School of Communication and Information Technology, Mason Gross School of the Arts, School of Pharmacy and School of Nursing are restricted entirely to exchange students. Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Business, some Lab Sciences courses will require advance notice as many classes are closed to non-Rutgers students (limited disciplines).
  4. Minimum academic workload: 12 credits per semester.
  5. Estimated Cost of Living (per semester): USD $8000.

Accommodation Information
On-campus accommodation is guaranteed. For more information, please refer to the website.
  • On-campus Housing is now required. Students coming to Rutgers must live on-campus. No exceptions will be made.
  • Exchange Students will live in an apartment setting with other international students and some domestic students.
  • Most often, Exchange Students are assigned housing in University Center on College Avenue Campus, the heart of Rutgers-New Brunswick.
