General Category
- At least First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- GPA should be higher than 3.44.
- TOEFL iBT 79 (Accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0 or The General English Proficiency Test (Advanced). or
- Russian (TORFL) at least 第一級TРКИ-1 level.

Health Insurance Policy: In accordance with the Regulations on the provision of medical care to foreign citizens studying at Lomonosov Moscow State University (hereinafter referred to as the MSU Regulations), all foreign citizens are required to purchase at their own expense a medical insurance policy that will be valid throughout Russia.
