Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

4. Undergraduate exchange students are expected to enroll in courses at the home university each semester in accordance with the curriculum requirements of their major.

5. The School of Architecture only accepts students from architecture-related programs, such as Architecture, Urban Planning, Urban Design, and Landscape Architecture. Applicants must also rank within the top 50% of their major.

6. The course materials are in Simplified Chinese, and instruction is primarily in Chinese (with only a few courses in English). Exams and assignments may be completed in Traditional Chinese or English.

8. Southeast University typically begins its semesters in February and mid-September. Specific registration dates should be confirmed according to the official invitation letter. Students will arrive and depart together in Nanjing, facilitating transportation, so please plan your schedule accordingly.
   According to the agreement, exchange students must return to Taiwan immediately upon completion of their exchange period at Southeast University and are not allowed to extend their stay.

Accommodation fees:
Students can stay in the student dormitories at Southeast University, which are distributed across three campuses. Double rooms (for overseas students) cost between 2400-4500 yuan per bed per semester, while quadruple rooms (excluding bedding mattresses, sheets, quilts, pillows, mats, and mosquito nets) cost approximately 600 RMB.

Dormitories typically have four people per room. Try to arrange cohabitation with students from the same major as you to facilitate communication.
Bed linens can be provided by Southeast University, with quadruple rooms costing between 900-1200 yuan per semester (excluding mattresses, sheets, quilts, pillows, pillowcases, mats, and mosquito nets, approximately 600 yuan RMB). Additionally, there are dormitories provided by overseas colleges, ranging from 2400 to 4500 RMB per month.

Excess water and electricity must be paid for out-of-pocket. Please do not use high-power appliances.
The conditions for bathroom facilities vary according to different standards. One reason is that the four archways are shared by people on the same floor and are located outside the dormitory rooms. 。Additionally，shared dormitories are located within the dormitory rooms.

Daily expenses:

Club activities are encouraged for everyone to actively participate.
It's recommended to ride bicycles on campus, as the campus is quite large. If you encounter minor illnesses or injuries, you can seek medical attention at the school hospital, but the costs will be at your own expense.
Nanjing belongs to the northern subtropical monsoon climate zone, with distinct seasons. Winter temperatures range from 0°C to 8°C, summer temperatures from 38°C, and the annual best solar term is autumn (September to November).
Mobile phones are available, but a local card is required. It is recommended to contact your family online. Local phone bills aren't expensive. Purchasing a phone card requires presenting valid identification.
