Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
 
Academic Information
  1. The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. The host institution reserves the right to deny admission if no suitable departments or courses are available.
  2. For exchange information, please refer to the website. Refer to here for the language courses. 
  3. In the field of medicine, practicum for pedagogy, and laboratory training for science and engineering courses, etc., there are courses that are NOT open for exchange students.
  4. Students are able to take course offered in schools other than they belong to with obtaining permission from the lecturers.
  5. Hiroshima University Syllabus: Please be notified, in the field of medicine, law, practicum for pedagogy, and laboratory training for science and engineering courses, there are courses that HUSA students are NOT eligible to take.
  6. Master's/PhD students require a specific application procedure, they need to get an approval of accepting from prospect supervisor beforehand.
  7. Insurance: Students have to enroll "Comprehensive Insurance for Students Lives Coupled with 'Gakkensai'" after arriving at HU.

University Dormitory (Ikenoue Student Dormitory)
Majority of HUSA students are housed in the Ikenoue Student Dormitory, located at ten minutes walking distance from the campus.
