須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力為該校之最低門檻要求，同學需自行確認語言能力是否符合該校修課要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。

2. 以上兩種不同語言要求的交換生名額係為分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，係由該校不同的委員會審查。

3. 經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交該校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，必須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之各學部課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，必須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給international students的英語授課課程）。

4. 經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種語言條件重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。

7. Students are required to register courses for more than 10 contact hours (equivalent to registering for 7 classes if they are 90 minutes) per week in EACH TERM.

8. Exchange students are eligible to take most of the undergraduate courses.
   However, In the field of medicine, practicum for pedagogy, and laboratory training for science and engineering courses, etc., there are courses that are not open for exchange students.
   Students are able to take course offred in schools other than they belong to with obtaining permission from the lecturers.

9. Hiroshima University Syllabus: Please be notified, in the field of medicine, law, practicum for pedagogy, and laboratory training for science and engineering courses, there are courses that HUSA students are NOT eligible to take.

10. Master/phD students require a specific application procedure, they need to get an approval of accepting from prospect supervisor beforehand.

13. Student Status: 

• (1)Special Auditing Students

1.      [Undergraduate Student or Graduate Student]

2. * Japanese Immigration Law requires students to take at least 10 hours of classes per week.

3. * If a student fails to meet the requirement above in the 1st semester, the HUSA Committee will put students on probation and if necessary, participation in the HUSA Program will be discontinued (first semester).

4. * Whether the credits taken at Hiroshima University can be transferred to the Program in the students’ home university is up to the decision of the home university.

• (2)Special Research Students

1.     [Graduate Student ONLY]

2. *Special research students are expected to conduct research in their specialized area and do not obtain credits.

3. *They are required to submit the 'Detailed Plan of Research' at the time of application.

4. *Special research students are required to find their own academic supervisor for the research by themselves, and report it in their 'Detailed Plan of Research' at the time of application. Please contact the professor who can supervise the research beforehand
