Job Description
Implementation of the "International Cultivation Program," with project assignments based on the applicant's expertise and characteristics, including:
International Mentorship Program- Planning and execution of internships for Overseas students.
International Overseas Internship Program- Planning and execution of overseas internships for students.
iNGO Academy- Planning and execution of student internships at international NGOs.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a domestic or international university.
Language Skills:
Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (English proficiency equivalent to GEPT High-Intermediate or above).
Proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
Project Planning Skills:
Strong administrative abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit.
The ability to work independently and manage projects.
Other Requirements:
Passion, idealism, and practicality for internationalization in higher education.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Start Date
April-May 2025
Salary
Based on the National Taiwan University project-based research assistant salary scale. First-year salary approximately NT$35,200 (Bachelor's) / NT$40,200 (Master's); salary may be adjusted based on the university's regulations.

Office of International Affairs, National Taiwan University (7th Floor, Li-Hsien Building, No. 1, Section 4, Roosevelt Road, Da'an District, Taipei City)
