Job Description

  1. Implementation of the "International Cultivation Program," with project assignments based on the applicant's expertise and characteristics, including:
    1. International Mentorship Program- Planning and execution of internships for Overseas students.
    2. International Overseas Internship Program- Planning and execution of overseas internships for students.
    3. iNGO Academy- Planning and execution of student internships at international NGOs.
  2. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a domestic or international university.

  2. Language Skills:
    1. Excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (English proficiency equivalent to GEPT High-Intermediate or above).
    2. Proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.

  3. Project Planning Skills:
    1. Strong administrative abilities.
    2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit.
    3. The ability to work independently and manage projects.

  4. Other Requirements:
    1. Passion, idealism, and practicality for internationalization in higher education.
    2. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Start Date April-May 2025
Salary Based on the National Taiwan University project-based research assistant salary scale. First-year salary approximately NT$35,200 (Bachelor's) / NT$40,200 (Master's); salary may be adjusted based on the university's regulations.
