- Second-year Undergraduate student/First-year master’s student/Second-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- TOEFL iBT 80 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.0, 僅具備英語能力者，務必自行確認是否有足夠英語授課課程可供選讀. or
- French at least B1(Intermediate) level, B2 recommended.
- Not available to students in the College of Medicine, College of Public Health, College of Law.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
