Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.
Academic Information
- The language requirements listed are the minimum standards. Applicants are advised to look into specific departments and courses to ensure they meet all prerequisites and additional language criteria. - Exchange students must be enrolled full time, a minimum of 12 credits per semester for undergraduate students and 9 credits per semester for graduate students. One credit at MSU is equal to one hour of instruction per week. A typical undergraduate course load is between 12 and 15 credits per semester.
- Restrictions: Architecture, graphic design, fine arts, film, and photography classes are extremely limited for exchange students. Most of these classes are only open to students who are majors in these subjects at their home universities and require students to present a portfolio of completed work.
- Classes offered by the College of Nursing are not open to exchange students.
