一般組

1. 本校大二/大三學生。（以報名交換學生甄選時，本校教務處學籍系統上之年級為準）。
2. 歷年不得有不及格／不通過科目。
3. GPA 達3.30分以上。
4. TOEFL iBT 4.5 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 TOEFL iBT 90 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 7.0，該校部分系所可能有更高語檢要求，選填志願前請務必主動確認 (Some departments may have higher language proficiency requirements. It is your responsibility to check before listing your preferences.)。
5. 不接受醫學院之學生申請。

Fall Semester: August - December
Spring Semester: January - May

須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔

3. Exchange students must be enrolled full time, a minimum of 12 credits per semester for undergraduate students and 9 credits per semester for graduate students. One credit at MSU is equal to one hour of instruction per week. A typical undergraduate course load is between 12 and 15 credits per semester.
4. Restrictions: Architecture, graphic design, fine arts, film, and photography classes are extremely limited for exchange students. Most of these classes are only open to students who are majors in these subjects at their home universities and require students to present a portfolio of completed work.
5. Classes offered by the College of Nursing are not open to exchange students.
