General Category
- First-year Undergraduate student/Second-year Undergraduate student/Third-year Undergraduate student/First-year master’s student (excluding doctoral students). According to the year of study recorded in the Office of Academic Affairs system at the time of internal selection..
- GPA should be higher than 3.00.
- TOEFL iBT 80 (Do not accept Home Edition) or IELTS 6.5.
- Not available to students in the Department of Anthropology, College of Liberal Arts, Graduate Institute of Anthropology, College of Liberal Arts, Department of Sociology, College of Social Sciences, Graduate Institute of Sociology, College of Social Sciences, College of Science, College of Medicine, College of Public Health.

Registration
Students must register as a full-time student at NTU and are liable for tuition fees at NTU while overseas. Students do not have to pay tuition fees to the host university, but remain liable for miscellaneous, accommodation, living, insurance, transportation and other personal fees.

- Please note as certain programs offer limited spaces and are competitive, an exchange student must be flexible in enrolling in alternative courses.
- Some programs at TU will only send the soft copy of transcript due to the paperless policy
- There are two campuses available for the exchange program. Some programs are located at Tha Prachan Campus, someare at Rangsit Campus.
- The Southeast Asian Studies Program is available in the Fall semester only. The other programs are available for bothsemesters.
- Courses from Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication are available at both campuses. Please carefully read thedetails in the course sheet.
- If students wish to enroll in Thai Language Program at Faculty of Liberal Arts, it is required to have either majored orminored in Thai language or have successfully passed an interview conducted by the Thai Language Division.
- Workload: Exchange students must enroll at least 3 courses (equivalent to 9 credits) in one discipline at Thammasat university in order to be recognized as the major and must remain in these three courses throughout their study period at Thammasat university. The maximum credits exchange students are allowed to enroll are 18 credits (counting from credits gained through the major and crossing disciplines)
- Insurance information:Students must submit a proof of medical or health insurance which cover the whole period of stay in Thailand. The insurance can be arranged upon their preference.
- It is strongly recommended an international student must hold by themselves an insurance to cover all medical and accident cost.
