*Exchange students can leave anytime after their exams end. They don't need to stay until the end of semester.

須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力等規定為該校之最低門檻，同學需自行確認最新資訊，如語言能力及成績是否符合該校要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識等，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。本表所提供之資訊如有與交換學校／國家／地區最新公告不符之處，申請學生應以交換學校／國家／地區之最新公告為準。
   經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種條件重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。
   
   經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交姊妹校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給international students的英語授課課程）。以上兩種不同語言要求的交換生名額係為分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，係由該校不同的委員會審查。

   Courses are conducted in English. Courses offered by CGE are undergraduate level, if Master and PhD students understand it, we can accept students regardless of Bachelor, Master or PhD.
   
   For GEM students, only ILA opens some courses for GEM exchange students
   
   Students in CGE program: Law School and Business School don’t open any courses

   Courses are conducted in Japanese. Students are placed in classes based on the result of our Japanese language placement test regardless of Bachelor, Master or PhD.
   
   For Nichibun students who are placed in Japanese level 5 or higher are allowed to take courses in Japanese offered by faculties. However, Law School, Business School and Faculty of Engineering don't open any courses to Nichibun exchange students.
   
   Students in CJLC program: Law School, Business School and Institute for the Liberal Arts (ILA) don’t open any courses

7. 該校僅開放大學部的課程供所有學生選讀，請研究生及博士生自行考量修課限制。

8. 最低修課限制：Students should take more than 7 classes (1 class=90 minutes) at least per week. It is prescribed by law.

9. Estimated cost of living: The average monthly living cost in Kyoto is around 120,000 JPY including rent (at the very least 100,000JPY). Please keep this in mind when making plans to study in Japan.  

10. All exchange students need to pay 2,500 JPY/semester as Educational Support Fee to the Center for Global Education at the beginning of each semester. (The amount of fee is subject to change.)

11. All International students residing in Japan for more than 3 months are required to enroll in the insurance.
