一般組
- 本校大二/大三學生。（以報名交換學生甄選時，本校教務處學籍系統上之年級為準）。
- 歷年不得有不及格／不通過科目。
- GPA 達3.30分以上。
- TOEFL iBT 4.5 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 TOEFL iBT 90 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 7.0，該校部分系所可能有更高語檢要求，選填志願前請務必主動確認 (Some departments may have higher language proficiency requirements. It is your responsibility to check before listing your preferences.)。
- 不接受醫學院、法律學院之學生申請。

註冊繳費

- Students may take cross-faculty courses, subject to university's approval.
- Students will be required to purchase NJIT's health insurance coverage plan, which costs about $1,100/semester. Health Insurance is mandatory for all registered J-1 students as a condition of enrollment. Mandatory student health insurance will be charged for all J-1 students; the mandatory student health insurance charge will include 1 week early arrival insurance for all new incoming J-1 students to cover the International Student Orientation program.
