   Coursework: An excellent knowledge of French is generally required for candidates interested in following coursework.  Courses in English language, when available, are indicated on the departments' websites.
   Research training: A basic knowledge of French may be sufficient for candidates proposing scientific research projects. Good knowledge of English required.

5. To come to France, a minimum of 615€ per month is required by the French administration when applying for a student visa. For your first month in France, remember to bring enough money with you. You will have to pay your first month's rent, your deposit and what you need to live. An amount of 1.800 to 2.000 € is recommended. For the rest of the stay, it is good to have at least 400€ in addition to your rent.

We save spots for our exchange students in our quota for on and off campus housing so the housing is almost guaranteed but students have to apply for it on due time. More information here.
