7. Minimum academic workload: 10 for Undergraduate and 3 for Graduate Students

8. 不開放交換生科系：
   Humanities and Social Sciences department only offers selective courses that are not admitted as a “major” course. 
   Semiconductor Engineering is NOT open to exchange students.

9. Research exchange students are required to contact a POSTECH professor and get approval for research projects before applying. Letter of approval from the advising professor must be attached on the online application form.

10. Medical Insurance: All exchange students are required to purchase a health insurance arranged by POSTECH Student Affairs, and the insurance fee per semester is about KRW 100,000.

• Program Overview
  • Duration: 1 Full Academic Year (10 months, September 2026 - June 2027)
  • Eligibility: Undergraduate Student from Strategic Partners with minimum GPA 3.3 out of 4.3 & English Proficiency (TOEFL iBT 90, IELTS Academic 6.5)
  • A video interview may be required for some applicants. If necessary, we will notify the student in advance.
  • Admission is competitive, and selection will be based on a thorough review of all applications worldwide.

  • Enroll at least 6 POSTECH major related credits per semester
  • Complete Korean Language Course each semester, including a Pre-Arrival Summer Course
