Applicants who wish to take the Japanese Language Education Course (日本語教育学コース) subjects in the Graduate Program in Linguistics(言語学専攻) must submit proof of a JLPT N1 score of 150 or higher. For those who are applying to Japanese-taught graduate program, a higher level may be required for the breakdown score in addition to passing the N1 level.。 |

須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力等規定為該校之最低門檻，同學需自行確認最新資訊，如語言能力及成績是否符合該校要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識等，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。本表所提供之資訊如有與交換學校／國家／地區最新公告不符之處，申請學生應以交換學校／國家／地區之最新公告為準。
經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種條件重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。
經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交姊妹校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給international students的英語授課課程）。以上兩種不同語言要求的交換生名額係為分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，係由該校不同的委員會審查。 - 交換學生各項資訊請參考此連結
- SPSF(Sophia Program for Sustainable Futures)is NOT open to exchange students
- Master/PhD students: If they decided to take only undergraduate level courses when the application, please apply for undergraduate department.
- Exchange Students must register for more than 10 hours of class work per week (600 minutes, 1 hour being 60 minutes). This is namely 6 periods as 100 minutes constitute one period. This restriction is to fulfill the requirements of “College Student” visa status, but this is also valid for the students who have Japanese Citizen or other visa status.
- Applicants who apply for the Graduate Program in Global Studies are expected to have a higher English ability. Applicants who cannot fulfill the following minimum language requirement will be denied the entrance into the program.
100 on TOEFL iBT / 600 on TOEFL ITP / 7.0 on IELTS(Academic) / 870 on TOEIC (LR)

FLA core programs, FST laboratory classes, GPGS compulsory courses, the foreign language courses (except Japanese language), Seminar, Wellness, the Body and Culture, and Studies in Christian Humanism courses are NOT open to exchange students.

Insurance: In principle, all exchange students have to join Japanese National Health Insurance after you arrive in Japan.
