須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力為該校之最低門檻要求，同學需自行確認語言能力是否符合該校修課要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。

5. If the student will apply for the Study Abroad at NUFS Undergraduate and Graduate Schools, they will need higher Japanese proficiency, Undergraduate - JLPT N2 level, Graduate School - N1 level. Proof of language proficiency is not required to apply for the Global Japan Program.

6. Minimum academic workload per semester: 7 courses (10.5 hours per week)

7. 甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、TOEFL iBT或IELTS），來遞交該校之交換入學申請文件。 例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，必須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之各學部課程）；以TOEFL iBT或IELTS語言條件取得交換資格者，必須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（Japanese Language Institute's programs) 。

8. 經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種語言條件或課程重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。

9. Exchange students are required by law to be covered by the National Health Insurance throughout their study period in Japan (monthly premiums are usually within the JPY 1,000-1,300 range).

All exchange students are guaranteed a single room (with a private bathroom) in one of NUFS’s three accommodation facilities (NUFS International House, NUFS-NUAS Residence, NUFS Global Village). Students who wish to stay off-campus must make their accommodation arrangements on their own.
