1. 本校大一以上/碩一以上(不含博士生)學生。（以報名交換學生甄選時，本校教務處學籍系統上之年級為準）。
2. GPA 達3.00分以上。
3. TOEFL iBT 4.0 (不接受 Home Edition)，該校尚未公布新制托福成績要求，此為官方對照分數，若該校往後有更高要求，須以該校為準 (The host institution has not announced its new TOEFL iBT requirements yet. The scores provided here are the official equivalency guidelines. If the host institution set higher requirements in the future, its criteria will prevail.)   或 TOEFL iBT 80 (不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5 或 全民英檢中高級。
4. 不接受醫學院( Graduate School of Medical Science and Engineering, Departments of Seoul campus are not included for this exchange program. )之學生申請。

須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力等規定為該校之最低門檻，同學需自行確認最新資訊，如語言能力及成績是否符合該校要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識等，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。本表所提供之資訊如有與交換學校／國家／地區最新公告不符之處，申請學生應以交換學校／國家／地區之最新公告為準。
   經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種條件重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。

2. 該校為工業大學，請欲選填該校的學生，先行查詢該校是否有相符系所，以避免被對方學校拒絕。

7. Workload for exchange students:

• Undergraduates (Bachelor): min 4 courses(12 credits), max 8 courses(24 credits) Graduates (Master): min 3 courses(9 credits), max 4 courses(12 credits)
• Graduates students are NOT allowed to take undergraduate courses/subjects/units.
  Please make sure that 50% of the courses you take are from your major department at KAIST. 
• Please note that thesis courses are not open for exchange students to register.

Local Transportation: 70$ a month
Personal expenditure: 150$ a month
Academic expenses: 50~100$ in a month
