須在本校註冊並繳交全額學雜費，免繳該校學費，但該校雜費、住宿費、生活費、保險費、往返機票費等均須自行負擔。

1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力等規定為該校之最低門檻，同學需自行確認最新資訊，如語言能力及成績是否符合該校要求、查詢是否有足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識等，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。本表所提供之資訊如有與交換學校／國家／地區最新公告不符之處，申請學生應以交換學校／國家／地區之最新公告為準。
   經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，不得於取得該校入學許可後，要求變更已取得的入學許可條件；或者是交換申請被該校拒絕後，要求以另一種條件重新提出申請。如有以上情事者，將直接取消其錄取資格。
   
   經甄選錄取獲得本校推薦資格之交換生，須依照所錄取之語言要求（JLPT、IELTS或TOEFL iBT），來遞交姊妹校之交換入學申請文件。例如：以JLPT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之一般交換學生計畫（意即以日語授課之課程）；以IELTS或TOEFL iBT語言條件取得交換資格者，須申請該校之英語課程交換學生計畫（通常是國際學部專門開設給international students的英語授課課程）。以上兩種不同語言要求的交換生名額係為分開計算，不同語言條件之交換入學申請，係由該校不同的委員會審查。

2. 該校為工業大學，請欲選填該校的學生，先行查詢該校是否有相符系所，以避免交換入學申請被拒絕

3. 該校交換入學申請文件中，有一項為Acceptance Letter from your Intended Academic Advisor at Tokyo Tech，須由您欲申請之東京工業大學指導教授簽署同意，因此請先確認該校是否有相符之系所和指導教授，以確保錄取交換推薦資格後可以順利向姊妹校提交交換入學申請文件。

   Master's or PhD students are NOT allowed to take undergraduate courses/subjects/units.

7. 一般組：Young Scientist Exchange Program(YSEP)
   • This program is limited to about 40‐50 students per year (25 students per semester). Participants will be competitively selected by Tokyo Tech if the number of applications exceeds the number of slots available.
   • Before beginning the online application process, applicants are required to contact a desired academic supervisor at Tokyo Tech directly, and obtain approval from him/her. On the online application form, applicants need to submit evidence such as an email message or a letter indicating that the Tokyo Tech professor agrees to be the applicant’s academic supervisor.
   • The applicant can choose three faculty members. However, if all of them refuse to accept the student, the student will be asked to give up participation in the program.
   • The program is open to students at Tokyo Tech partner universities who, at the time of YSEP participation, are enrolled in and have completed at least two and a half years of undergraduate studies. 
8. 日語組：Academic Cooperation Agreement Program (ACAP)

   • Within the "Contact Period with the ACAP Specialized faculty member", applicants are required to contact an ACAP Specialized faculty member by directly referring to the list of the ACAP Specialized faculty members which will be provided by Tokyo Tech, and obtain their approval. Please do NOT contact outside of the set time of period. On the online application form, applicants need to submit evidence such as an email message or a letter indicating that the ACAP Specialized faculty member agrees to accept them. Note that there are some Departments with many applicants which may exceed their limit and not accept any. If more than two students are recommended for the same Department, there is a possibility that we may not be able to accept them.

10. Students need to fulfill the requirements mentioned in the "Program Outline" on the website of each program. YSEP / ACAP

Exchange students take priority when Tokyo Tech dormitories are allocated. However, we cannot guarantee each student a room, since the number of dormitory rooms is limited.

生活費資訊：It depends on where you live, but you will need at least JPY 120,000 per month as of 2023.
