Centred on speakers’ academic and professional journeys, industry insights, and corporate recruitment psychology, this session will explore how to transform your past experiences into persuasive, well-structured narratives. Drawing from real career paths and employer perspectives, you will learn how to articulate your strengths clearly and confidently — and stand out throughout the selection process.
The evening will be divided into two main segments: Part I: Executive Career Journeys Senior leaders from different industries will share their academic thinking, career development paths, and sector insights. This session aims to broaden students’ understanding of professional trajectories and industry expectations.
