1. 交換學校一覽表所列之語言能力為該校之最低門檻要求，同學需自行確認語言能力是否符合該校修課要求、查詢是否有相對應的系所及足夠的課程可供選讀、能否達到該校之每學期修課學分數要求、以及是否具備相關領域之背景知識，若未達標準，該校有權拒收。

4. University of Warsaw does not offer engineering courses.
5. Students who wish to study at the UW for the whole academic year are strongly recommended to start their exchange in the first semester (Fall semester, from October until February).
6. All departements open, but final decision concerning admission is taken by the coordinator in each UW's unit (depends on availability of places)
7. Every student can choose courses for up to 30 ECTS per semester

1. Exchange students are entitled to one class of Polish language, to one class of foreign language class and one sports class free of charge in addition to courses offered by their receiving unit (within the limit of 30 ECTS/semester).
2. Each student is required to have a health insurance valid for the whole duration of his/her stay at the University of Warsaw. Students will be asked to show a proof of their insurance upon arrival. It is recommended to have a confirmation of the insurance in English or Polish.
