Qualification

  1. Education: Bachelor or above
  2. Experience: International affairs related working experiences are preferred; University administration experiences are preferred.
  3. Language: Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required; Other language proficiencies are preferred.
  4. Soft Skills: Good cross-sectional communication and teamwork skills; Working Independently.
  5. Software Skills:  OfficeWordExcelPowerPoint
  6. Others: Be able to travel abroad for business trips; Be willing to work for at least one year.

Job Description

Incoming exchange student service:

  1. Incoming exchange student (50%): contacting partner university, student services, ect.
  2. International student activities and projects (40%): NTU World Carnival Festival, cross-cultural lecture, orientation, ect.
  3. Other assigned tasks (10%)

Degree student service:

  1. Degree student (50%): student services, insurance, working permit, scholarships, ect.
  2. International student activities and projects (40%): NTU World Carnival Festival, cross-Cultural lecture, orientation, ect.
  3. Other assigned tasks (10%)

Start Date

April 2023

Salary

NTD 33,765 or above for those with a Bachelor’s degree, and NTD 38,618 or above for those with a Master’s degree, depending on qualifications and work experience.
