【Recruitment Details】
l Eligibility
n Required Qualifications:
1. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
2. Proactive attitude and willingness to cooperate with assigned tasks
3. Must follow the instructions of OIA after being accepted
4. International students must hold a valid work permit
n Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proactive, responsible, personable, and detail-oriented work ethic
2. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
3. Experience in campus tours, event hosting, or promotional material design (e.g., layout, infographics)
l Expected Number of Recruits: 100 students

l Important Dates (Mandatory Attendance Required):
n First work meeting & Ambassador training: Jun 15, 2026 (Mon), 10:00–16:00
n Campus tour presentation (select one online session): Aug 3-7, 2026
n Final briefing: Aug 31, 2026 (Mon.), 14:00–17:00
n Welcome Week: Sep 1-5, 2026
l Salary: Based on the Ministry of Labor’s hourly minimum wage; actual pay will depend on hours worked
【Application & Interview Process】
l Interview
n Dates: May 18–21, 2026 (Each session is approx. 20 minutes)
n Location: Office of International Affairs (7F, Li-Xian Building)
n Please select your available time in the form carefully. No edits after submission
n Interview schedule will be emailed one week before the interview
n Late arrivals will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility
l Result Announcement
Final results will be announced on May 29, 2026 (Fri) before 17:00 via OIA website and email (Only accepted applicants will be notified).
