December 16 to February 17: Students' Health Exam at NTU Hospital
*Please note that NTU Hospital will be closed from January 25 to February 2 due to the Lunar New Year Holiday.
1. Log in to the Online Health Survey and complete it.
2. Download the NTU General Health Exam Form and go to the Hospital to do the Health Exam accordingly:
- Please note that the NTU General Health Exam Form needs to be completed in Taiwan.
- Please download the NTU Health Exam Instructions and follow the instructions to go to the appointed Hospital to do the Health Exam.
3. Please upload the completed NTU General Health Exam Form in the Online Registration System during the Online Registration Period (from February 13 to 17).
- If the health exam report comes out after the registration period, please upload the examination fee payment receipt first and upload the completed form before March 17, 2025, to myNTU (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/) > Students > Health Survey for Graduate
