Application Procedure
Students who wish to apply to NTU Visiting Student Program must complete the online application through the online application system during the application period. Late application is not accepted.
Online Application System (Opens from October 1 to November 10, 2024)
1. Create a new account
- Fill in your email address and password to create a new account.
- Activate your account by access from the link sent to your email address.
2. Log in to the application system to complete online application
- Fill in the online application form → Complete payment → Upload documents→ Confirm to submit. Required documents list and instructions are included in the sheet down below.
- Please be noted that applications cannot be modified once sent out. Those who wish to modify should contact the program coordinator from the Office of International Affairs, NTU.
3. Track the application status
- Log in to the system to check the application status and the admission results after submitting the application.

Financial Statement |
- Applicants must document their ability to meet all educational and living expenses at NTU. Please provide a financial or bank statement which shows that you have funds meeting USD 6,500 (TWD 180,000). Bank statements of the applicant's parents can be accepted. - If you're coming with a scholarship, please provide relevant documents. |

Certificate of Remittance for Application Fee |
- An application fee payment of TWD 15,000 must be made by wire transfer or credit card to your unique designated beneficiary account by the time of application. Download the payment details from the online application system, and submit a photocopy of certificate of remittance after the payment is complete. - Non-refundable once paid, including incomplete application, cancelation, wrong payment, double payment, etc. |

Accommodation
Due to the limited number of dormitory rooms, on-campus housing is applicable but not guarantee to all exchange/visiting students. Please specify your preference in the NTU Visiting Student Program Application System if you would like to get a place on the waiting list. The result of the dormitory arrangement will be announced around one month prior to the semester’s start. You will only be notified if you got a place at one of the NTU Dormitory.

※Important Notes
- Prince House – NTU Shui Yuan Dorm is the university’s newest dormitory, and its management and operation is contracted out to Prince Housing and Development Corporation.
- For NTU General Dorms, rooms are either twin room or quad room. Students can't choose which dormitory to live in. For information about the types of rooms and prices, please refer to General Dorm information.
- You cannot choose your roommate. Male and female rooms are separated in all the NTU dormitories.
- According to NTU Accommodation Regulations, students living in on-campus accommodation are not allowed to host others in the dormitory overnight. Please note that NTU does not have dormitory for couples or families.
