Application for Certificate of Enrollment

1. Log in myNTU website and click ePortfolio.
2. Click “Grade Inquiry” from the side bar.
3. Click “在學證明” (only Chinese website available).
4. Enter your English name in the form provided and click “列印在學證明” (Please enter your English name as shown on your student ID card).

Note: Students cannot download the Certificate of Enrollment via NTU ePortfolio during Winter and Summer vacation. If you need to obtain a Certificate of Enrollment during the vacation period, please complete the tuition fee payment of the next semester first and then go to the Office of Academic Affairs (Graduate Academic Affairs Division for graduate students; Undergraduate Academic Affairs Division for undergraduate students) for assistance. They can provide you with the certificate if you show them your tuition payment receipt.
