Enrolment Certificate

Application for Certificate of Enrollment

  1. Log in myNTU website and click ePortfolio.
  2. Click “Grade Inquiry” from the side bar.
  3. Click “在學證明” (only Chinese website available).
  4. Enter your English name in the form provided and click “列印在學證明” (Please enter your English name as shown on your student ID card).

Note: Students cannot download the Certificate of Enrollment via NTU ePortfolio during Winter and Summer vacation. If you need to obtain a Certificate of Enrollment during the vacation period, please complete the tuition fee payment of the next semester first and then go to the Office of Academic Affairs (Graduate Academic Affairs Division for graduate students; Undergraduate Academic Affairs Division for undergraduate students) for assistance. 

To apply for an ARC (Alien Resident Certificate), you must present your certificate of enrollment. New students with an admission letter will receive an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) with a limited validity period. Please extend your ARC later by providing a Certificate of Enrollment.

New international graduate students may use the automated payment machine apply for their certificate of enrollment. To do this, enter your student ID number and use your birth date as the password(A free copy is available for each semester)

The automated payment machines for graduate students are located as follows:

1.Next to Room 108 in the Administration Building

2.At the front door of the Gongtong Lecture Building.
