On-campus Accommodation

NTU provides a variety of on-campus housing for International, Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau Students. However, the university is unable to arrange accommodation for couples or families, nor provide assistance for finding off-campus housing. For an overview of the dormitory options, please see the information below.

On-Campus Housing

NTU provides several dormitory options, which include Prince House, Guo Qing Dorm (International Youth Center), and General Dorms.

Prince House - NTU Chang-Hsing and Shui-Yuan Dormitories

Accommodation in Prince House is provided by Prince Corp. in cooperation with NTU. There are two Prince House dormitories: Chang-Hsing Dormitory and Shui-Yuan Dormitory, which are both located near the campus. Rooms are either single or double rooms. Rooms are equipped with an independent bathroom, a bed (without mattress), table, book shelf, closet, refrigerator, air conditioner, 24-hour hot water, cable TV output, internet, and telephone output.

In the case of early termination (except for graduation or end of exchange), the early termination fee is one month's rent.

Both Prince House Dormitories are conveniently located as they are close to campus, and many stores and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity, as can be seen on the map.
